Alex Fenske is an experienced real estate industry leader whose background includes brokerage, team building, franchise leadership, coaching, training, lending, and investment.
Alex has operated the Chicago Southland Homes team since 2009, brokering over 700 transactions on behalf of home sellers, buyers, and investors. He took on the role of Team Leader to launch a new Keller Williams franchise in 2018, growing it to become the highest-producing real estate office in its market within just 18 months and reaching a peak of 224 agents. Through his role as a Team Leader, Alex has conducted over 1,000 coaching calls. Agents he has coached have gone on to earn roles as Productivity Coaches, Assistant Team Leaders, and more.
Training is also a passion of Alex’s, and he is skilled in teaching goal setting, time management, habits, productivity, accountability, and the proven models of the MREA. As a KWU Approved Trainer, he specializes in the MREA Business Planning Clinic, ProfitAbility: Agent Financials, and Time Management with the 4-1-1.
Principles that are important in Alex’s coaching practices are to begin with the end in mind, make the complex simple, and focus on translating thinking into action.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time his wife and two children, smoking meats, good Scotch, and volunteering.
